These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.drinkneravo.com and purchases from NEXUS CONSENSUS LIMITED, trading as Neravo ("Neravo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence are not excluded or reduced by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You must not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in violation of law, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

3. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and pricing accurately. Screen colors and product appearance may vary. Measurements may be approximate where stated. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm, correct, or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Neravo hydrogen water bottles are consumer hydration devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product information is not medical advice. Follow the user manual and use only clean, safe drinking water.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. A sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order, subject to mandatory law.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, sanctions restrictions, pricing or inventory errors, shipping limitations, or inability to verify customer information. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected to the original payment method.

5. Prices, taxes, and customs

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local taxes unless checkout expressly states that they are included. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by the payment provider activated and shown at checkout, which may include Shopify Payments or another supported provider. You authorize the applicable provider to charge the selected payment method for the order total. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment-provider terms and privacy notices may also apply.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders may be fulfilled from China or the United States. During the initial launch, we offer free standard shipping to supported destinations in the United States. Additional destinations may be added only after they are enabled at checkout. Processing and delivery estimates are stated in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed delivery dates. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains the 14-day return window, product-condition requirements, return authorization, shipping costs, refunds, and mandatory consumer rights. Used drinking equipment is not accepted for non-defect change-of-mind returns except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

9. Limited warranty and statutory rights

Eligible products include a 180-Day Limited Warranty and a verified-fault replacement period during the first 30 days after delivery. The Limited Warranty is an additional commercial promise and does not replace or reduce statutory rights, including legal conformity guarantees that may apply in the EEA, UK, United States, or other jurisdictions. Review the Limited Warranty before purchase.

10. Companion applications and third-party services

Some products may work with an optional third-party companion application. App availability, features, permissions, compatibility, and continued support may vary by device, operating system, region, and app provider. Core bottle operation described on the product page does not require the companion app unless expressly stated. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

11. Intellectual property

The Neravo name, store content, product photography, graphics, text, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping.

12. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review or other content, it must be truthful, based on genuine experience, lawful, and non-infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content for store operations and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law. We may moderate content that violates these Terms but are not required to publish any submission.

13. Store availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue store features or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Changes will not affect rights already accrued under an accepted order except where law permits and reasonable notice is given.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its informational content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not exclude any warranty, condition, guarantee, or duty that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product warranties are governed by the Limited Warranty and applicable statutory law.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. For claims relating to an order, our aggregate contractual liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where a higher remedy is required by mandatory law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and contracts made through the store are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of the consumer's habitual residence.

Please contact support@drinkneravo.com first so we can attempt to resolve a concern promptly. Nothing in this section requires a consumer to waive a legally available remedy.

17. Severability and waiver

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally governs that order, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
