This is a limited written warranty for eligible Neravo consumer products purchased directly from https://www.drinkneravo.com. It is available for review before purchase.
1. Warranty period
The Limited Warranty lasts for 180 calendar days from the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.
2. Thirty-day fault replacement
If a verified manufacturing defect appears within 30 calendar days after delivery, Neravo will provide a replacement product of the same model or a functionally equivalent model at no additional product charge. If replacement is unavailable or cannot be provided within a reasonable time, we will provide another remedy required by applicable law, which may include a refund.
3. Coverage from day 31 through day 180
For a verified manufacturing defect reported from day 31 through day 180, Neravo may, at its reasonable option:
- repair the product;
- replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent product; or
- provide another remedy required by applicable law.
Warranty service for a covered defect is provided without a service charge. Neravo will provide an approved return method or reimburse reasonable approved shipping costs for a verified covered claim.
4. What is covered
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to fail during normal personal or household use in accordance with the product page, user manual, and safety instructions.
5. What is not covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage, drops, impact, crushing, fire, theft, or loss;
- misuse, abuse, commercial use, neglect, or use contrary to the user manual;
- unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair;
- use with non-potable liquids, unsuitable substances, or unsafe water;
- normal wear, cosmetic scratches, fading, or changes that do not affect operation;
- scale, residue, odor, discoloration, blockage, or reduced performance caused by water quality, missing maintenance, or improper cleaning;
- consumable filter cartridges, activated-carbon media, and other consumables after normal use;
- damage caused by an incompatible charger, charging pad, power supply, or voltage;
- third-party applications, mobile devices, wireless networks, or changes in app-store availability; or
- faults caused by transport after the customer arranges an unauthorized return.
The wireless charging pad is not included with Neravo X1 unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.
6. How to obtain warranty service
Email support@drinkneravo.com and provide:
- proof of purchase and order number;
- product model and serial number, if present;
- a clear description of the fault;
- photographs or video reasonably showing the issue; and
- contact and delivery information.
We may provide troubleshooting steps that do not require disassembly. If a return is needed, we will issue written authorization and service instructions. Approved returns are currently directed to the China return address published in our Returns and Refunds Policy unless the authorization states otherwise. Do not send products to the Hong Kong business address.
7. Replacement products
A replacement may be new or equivalent in performance and reliability, subject to applicable law. The replacement is covered for the remainder of the original 180-day period or any longer period required by law.
8. No medical-performance warranty
Neravo products are consumer hydration devices, not medical devices. This Limited Warranty covers product function only and does not promise or guarantee any medical, therapeutic, physiological, or health outcome.
9. Statutory and implied rights
This Limited Warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or reduce, rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
EEA consumers may have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods. UK consumers retain rights under applicable consumer law. In the United States, this Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. We do not disclaim implied warranties where doing so is prohibited.
10. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Neravo is not responsible under this Limited Warranty for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so this provision may not apply to you. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence.
